A new leak from the Geekbench 7 benchmark database reveals performance figures for the Nvidia RTX Spark N1X, the chip powering the company’s similarly named mobile platform. The numbers show a clear advantage over competing AMD and Intel solutions in multi-core workloads.
The Nvidia RTX Spark N1X has appeared in the Geekbench 7 database in two different configurations, both running Windows 11 on ARM. The more powerful version features a 20-core CPU, divided into two clusters of 10 cores, with a base clock speed of 4.0 GHz, along with a Blackwell-based GPU featuring 6,144 CUDA cores.
The second, more cut-down variant features 18 CPU cores in a 10+8 configuration, a 3.9 GHz clock speed, and a GPU with 5,120 CUDA cores. Both configurations come with 64 GB of memory.
How It Compares With the Intel Core Ultra X9 388H and AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395
In the single-core test, the more powerful N1X scored 2,570 points, while its multi-core score reached 23,126 points.
Compared with AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 395, which scores around 2,429 points in single-core and 20,609 points in multi-core, Nvidia’s chip comes out approximately 6% faster in single-core performance and 12% faster in multi-core.
The picture looks different against the Intel Core Ultra X9 388H, also known as Panther Lake. Intel’s chip scores approximately 2,767 points in single-core, putting it 7% ahead of the N1X. However, Nvidia takes the lead in multi-core, with 23,126 points versus 19,304 for Intel—a difference of approximately 20%.
It’s worth noting that Intel’s figure is based on a single publicly available result rather than an established average, so the comparison should be treated with some caution.
Although the N1X appears competitive against AMD and Intel’s current high-end mobile platforms, Apple remains significantly ahead. The M5 Max outperforms the N1X by approximately 32% in single-core and 35% in multi-core performance.
